Descendant, Elizabeth Wheeler (1763-1800), daughter of Amos Wheeler (1733-1820) and Mary Belcher Henshaw, married Elijah Warren (1758-1843), son of Ebenezer Warren and Lydia Harrington, in 1781. They had six children. After Elizabeth died, Elijah married her sister, Mary Belcher Wheeler (1774-1851) in 1801. They had five children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Massachusetts, New York, Vermont and Maine.
