The COVID-19 pandemic and Russian invasion have thoroughly posed the world with either a health crisis or an economic crisis. These depressions had led to many challenges in the management such as retention of the employee, lack of recruitment, lack of communication gap between the employers and employees, employee displacement, closer of many firms, and the most perceived issue was addressing the employee at the large number. It was pretty challenging to manage the database, which created much financial loss for the organization. The HRM has always looked forward to the advanced technologies to simplify the processes to have a significant impact on the employee's and organization's growth respectively; therefore, the implementation of virtual HRM has supported the management tremendously, which had ideally used in recruitment, orientation program, quality review, to maintain the employee's database and to improve the employee's productivity. This study mainly depends on the systematic literature review suggested by various articles and journals from multiple websites, highlighting how large organizations had their own HRM practices that never had virtual interphase involvement. Many databases were maintained manually before the pandemic. Gradually, many organizations have shifted to the virtual platform for smooth HRM practices, which have cons and pros. Still, undoubtedly Virtual HRM has helped the organization simplify maintaining the database and other processes.
