The Installation Restoration Program (IRP) Management Plan provides guidance on the management and execution of the Army IRP and supplements roles, responsibilities, and procedures contained in Army Regulation 200-1 and the accompanying Department of the Army Pamphlet 200-1 (DA PAM 200-1). Note: The DA PAM 200-1 is being published and currently is only available in draft. This management plan implements the Army's IRP in accordance with the Department of Defense's Management Guidance for the Defense Environmental Restoration Program (March 1998). It applies to activities that are located in the states of the U.S., territories, and the District of Columbia. For each chemical in the IRP Toxicology Guide, the environmental fate, exposure pathways, toxicity, sampling and analysis methods and state and federal regulatory status are outlined.
