Technology plays an important role in the industry and this can be introduced as part of the curriculum of teacher-training programs so the students and teachers may play an effective role in achieving sustainable development in our knowledge-based society. The most effective and stimulating teaching and learning happen in the organization when the knowledge and training are updated by aligning global issues. This evaluates the best way of training the trainers and examines his / her knowledge.
