The diagnostic process is a complex, collaborative activity that involves clinical reasoning and information gathering to determine a patient's health problem. Integrating Social Care into the Delivery of Health Care: Moving Upstream to Improve the Nation's Health was released in September 2019, before the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic in March 2020.
