EC note: These Regulations amend the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 ("the Public Contracts Regulations") and the Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 ("the Utilities Contracts Regulations"). The Public Contracts Regulations implemented, for Scotland, Directive 2004/18/EC on the co-ordination of the procedures for the award of public works contracts, public supply contracts and public services contracts and Council Directive 89/665/EEC on the coordination of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to the application of review procedures to the award of public supply and public works contracts. The Utilities Contracts Regulations implemented, for Scotland, Directive 2004/17/EC on the co-ordination of procurement procedures of entities operating in the water, energy, transport and postal service sectors and Council Directive 92/13/EEC of 25th February 1992 coordinating the laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to the application of Community rules on the procurement procedures of entities operating in the water, energy, transport and telecommunications sectors. - With Correction Slip, dated October 2010
