If this book can help at least one person to understand PTSD or help them deal with their demons, I feel it was worth the effort I put into writing it.

During my extensive studies and interviews with young and older adults who were victims of abuse during childhood, I have found one common denominator: the suppressed memories of abuse from the parents in times past.
