Nowadays, the busy clinician is unlikely to exclusively rely on lengthy textbooks to learn specific complex techniques. That is one of the reasons for the popularity of CTO courses, live demonstrations, and conferences and, there are consequently many courses offered around the world to help new operators in the field. CTO PCI has emerged as a very effective procedure to help patients with CTOs, with very high success and low complications rates.
