Denton, Secretary of State of the State of Kansas, do hereby certify that the printed acts con tained in this volume are true and correct copies of the enrolled laws and joint resolutions which were passed at the fifteenth biennial session of the legislature, be gun on the 8th day of January, A. D. 1907, and concluded on the 14th day of March, A. D. 1907; and I further cer tify, that all laws contained in this volume which took effect and went into force on and after publication in some newspaper were so published (on the dates thereto annexed) as provided by law; and I further certify, that all laws contained in this volume will take effect and be in force on and after the 27th day of May, A.
