Why do I call myself AYDI the Watcher? That's a good question. I call myself that because I observe our world and the way we interact as humans. Years and years of these observations led me to read up on Psychology, politics and human relations. I listened to many prominent psychologists and therapists to hone my ideas, and the result is this book.
