En la actualidad en los servicios de salud se brinda la atencion a adolescentes, pero la misma no contempla los parametos de atencion integral y diferenciada, muchos de los adolescentes buscan una persona que los oriente, que les encuche y encuentran por el contrario personal que no los atiende y en muchos casos los juzga, factores que los demotiva a un acercamiento positivo y esta informacion la transmiten a sus pares de edad quienen de forma indirecta desconfian del personal de salud, demostrando de esta manera una atencion con poca calidad y calidez, vision que se quiere cambiar. Una informacion inadecuada y un trato poco calido son motivo para que los adolescentes no acudan a los centros de salud y que como repercusion de estos sucesos los indices de mortalidad, embarazos adolescentes o indicadores de enfermedades en esta poblacion sean incrementado. En vista de esta situacion se plantea realizar capacitacion al personal de salud sobre los adolescentes y tecnicas de abordaje, mediante un programa cognitivo comportamental sobre la base de y trabajo dinamico e interactivo, de reflexion y construccion con los que se prentende mejorar el nivel de relacionamiento de los adolescentes con elpersoal de salud y mejorar asi su calidad de vida. a su vez se pretende mediante el programa de capacitacion brindar al personal de salud, educacion en el trabjo, aspectos que resalta y mejora su nivel de preparacion, obteniendo mayores conocimientos y asu vez mejores resutlados en su practica labora.(AU).

La presente propuesta de intervencion tiene la finalidad de impulsar y mejorar la calidad de atencion en los servicios de salud sexual y reproductiva para adolescentes en el marco de plan estrategico de salud "P.E.S.", articulo 3[vbar] del codigo de salud. La investigacion pretende fortalecer las prestaciones de salud sexual y reproductiva a la poblacion adolescente, fomentado el PROGRAMA DE ATENCION A LA SALUD INTEGRAL DE LOS/LAS ADOLESCENTES. (mil novecientos noventa y ocho-dos mil dos), de acuerdo a la resolucion ministerial del (ventiseis) de enero de (mil novecientos noventa y nueve). En Bolivia, de acuerdo a datos estadisticos recientes, las adolescentes embarazadas entre (quince y diecinueve anos) de edad constituyen un (ventiuno por ciento) del total de mujeres embarazadas. Una de cada tres mujeres son madres antes de los (veinte anos) de edad a cerca de un (catorce por ciento) son antes de cumplir los (diesiocho anos). Existe ademas una relacion directa entre el embarazo precoz y el nivel de instruccion por lo tanto la tasa especifica de fecundidad para este grupo es de (noventa y cinco por mil), contribuyendo sustancialmente a la tasa general de fecundidad de (cuatro punto dos hijos por mujer)(quince a cuarenta y nueve anos). Es importante reconocer, en relacion con la oferta de servicios, la inexistencia de planes especificos para la atencion de la Salud en los adolescentes dentro de la red de servicios publicos. Insuficiencia de personal asistencial y administrativo motivado y capacitado para cumplir con los planes y programas de salud sexual y reproductiva para adolescentes, y ademas existen limitaciones en el orden financiero. Consiente de esta problematica, surge la necesidad de crear un programa de atencion diferenciado para las adolescentes embarazadas de la urbe pacena como de El Alto. La metodologia de la presente propuesta de intervencion se basa en una investigacion Cuasi-Experimental de caracter cualitativo-cuantitativo y alcance transversal en el tiempo, que intenta lograr satisfacer los objetivos que sean trazado para el beneficio de las adolescentes embarazadas; concentrando su centro de accion en la maternidad "diesiocho de mayo" de la Caja Nacional de Salud C.N.S. de la ciudad de La Paz ... Our Unsustainable Life: Why We Can't Have Everything We Want With the concept of the Imperial Mode of Living, Brand and Wissen highlight the fact that capitalism implies uneven development as well as a constant and accelerating universalisation of a Western mode of production and living. The logic of liberal markets since the 19thCentury, and especially since World War II, has been inscribed into everyday practices that are usually unconsciously reproduced. The authors show that they are a main driver of the ecological crisis and economic and political instability. The Imperial Mode of Living implies that people's everyday practices, including individual and societal orientations, as well as identities, rely heavily on the unlimited appropriation of resources; a disproportionate claim on global and local ecosystems and sinks; and cheap labour from elsewhere. This availability of commodities is largely organised through the world market, backed by military force and/or the asymmetric relations of forces as they have been inscribed in international institutions. Moreover, the Imperial Mode of Living implies asymmetrical social relations along class, gender and race within the respective countries. Here too, it is driven by the capitalist accumulation imperative, growth-oriented state policies and status consumption. The concrete production conditions of commodities are rendered invisible in the places where the commodities are consumed. The imperialist world order is normalized through the mode of production and living.
