Book Description
This part-volume brings together all the texts adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly during the first part of the 2006 Ordinary Session (23-27 January 2006). The Assembly meets four times every year (January, April, June and October). The Assembly can adopt three different types of texts: opinions, recommendations and resolutions. Opinions are mostly expressed by the Assembly on questions put to it by the Committee of Ministers, such as the admission of new member states to the Council of Europe, but also on draft conventions, or the budget. Recommendations contain proposals addressed to the Committee of Ministers, the implementation of which is within the competence of governments. Resolutions embody decisions by the Assembly on questions which it is empowered to put into effect or expressions of views for which it alone is responsible. They can also be addressed to national parliaments. References to committees: the Bureau of the Assembly decides whether communications - in particular from the Committee of Ministers and from the Secretary General - and motions for recommendations and resolutions should be referred to the appropriate committee for action, if any. Referrals are then ratified by the Parliamentary Assembly. The Parliamentary Assembly's publications include, among others, the Officiai report of debates, Assembly documents and Orders of the day and minutes of proceedings.

Terrorism and the Illuminati

Terrorism and the Illuminati PDF Author: David Livingstone
Publisher:
ISBN: 9781615773060
Category : Illuminati
Languages : en
Pages : 0

Book Description
A three thousand year history of the occult, and its relationship with the phenomenon of terrorism, for the purposes of fomenting a Clash of Civilisations and a "New World Order". Islam is no threat to the West. On the contrary, Islamic terrorism is a phantom created to serve Western imperialistic goals. Terrorism itself is expressly forbidden in Islam. Such terror groups as exist are artificial, and intertwined with Western power through a network of occult secret societies, that date back to the Babylonian Kabbalah of the 6th century BC, and a plot to rule the world by magic and deception. Under Herod the Great, a series of dynasties arose, who imposed a corrupt version of Christianity upon the Roman world. During the Crusades, their association with the Ismaili Assassins formed the basis of what is known as Scottish Rite Freemasonry. When Napoleon conquered Egypt, these Freemasons reconnected with their brethren there, sparking developments like the Occult Revival of the late 19th century, the Salafi reform movement of Islam, promoted by Saudi Arabia, and Nazism. They founded the Muslim Brotherhood, a collective of impostors run by the CIA, to further the scheme for world domination. Appearances belie reality. In fact, the Muslim nations are the victims of terror from the West. With their near-complete control of the media, the powers that be have instilled an inverted image of the real world.

1848

1848 PDF Author: Peter H. Wilson
Publisher: Routledge
ISBN: 1351963104
Category : History
Languages : en
Pages : 558

Book Description
Europe was swept by a wave of revolution in 1848 that had repercussions stretching well beyond the Continent. Governments fell in quick succession or conceded significant reforms, before being rolled back by conservative reaction. Though widely perceived as a failure, the revolution ended the vestiges of feudalism, broadened civil society and strengthened the state prior to the rapid industrialisation and urbanisation of the latter part of the nineteenth century. This volume brings together essays from leading specialists on the international dimension, national experiences, political mobilisation, reaction and legacy.
