Algebraic grid generation methods based on transfinite interpolation called the two-boundary and four-boundary methods are applied for generating grids with highly complex boundaries. These methods yield grid point distributions that allow for accurate application to regions of sharp gradients in the physical domain or time-dependent problems with small length scale phenomena. Algebraic grids are derived using the two-boundary and four-boundary methods for applications in both two- and three-dimensional domains.
