Earth Angels
Author: Susan Duke
Publisher: Simon and Schuster
ISBN: 1451605587
Category : Religion
Languages : en
Pages : 206
Book Description
Susan Duke tells the stories about human inspiration of ordinary people that inspire and move our hearts demonstrating a touch of Heaven right here on Earth in this inspiration collection. The best stories—the ones that touch our hearts at their very cores, the ones that inspire us to our greatest heights—are true stories of ordinary people we can relate to. People who share a kind word in time of need, do a simple deed that lifts a weary heart, or make a difference in a difficult day. The stories in this book are not about great, winged celestial beings sent from heaven's majestic gates. No, these stories are about earth angels. The kind of angels who unknowingly intercept a suicide attempt through a gentle act of kindness, beam messages of hope over an old CB radio, or provide patient care in a duck suit. As you read the stories in this book, your spirit will be inspired and the strings of your heart tuned to opportunities for you to be a little bit of heaven right here on earth.

Awakened Conversations
Author: Ashley Dawn
Publisher: Balboa Press
ISBN: 1982219270
Category : Body, Mind & Spirit
Languages : en
Pages : 111
Book Description
This captivating, true story, pushes the limits of what we all have believed to be true. As Medium Ashley Dawn helps a grieving family connect to their son ‘J’, together they discover more about the universe than they ever thought possible. With her link to the other side, her guide ‘J’ provides answers to deep and controversial questions, shedding light on that which is otherwise hidden. “Is there such thing as hell?” J’s answer: “At home- where I am (heaven) everything is beautiful. On Earth we feel more separated from each other, and “THE” (God or source), than at any other place in the universe. This illusion creates fear. There is no greater hell than the one we create here, on earth” “How is earth different than other realms?” J’s answer: “Each realm is different and as you use less empathy and telepathy they become more difficult. Earth is the most difficult and hardest place to be, so you must take classes before you’re allowed to enter into a realm. The events and emotions on earth also go from passion to despair. These constant ups and downs are challenging to navigate. This makes earth one of the hardest realms from which to learn. However, earth also provides a tremendous amount of growth for a soul’s journey.”

A beautiful collection of poetry written by Betty Evans that will touch your soul. Author Bio: I was the second child born to Clarence and Vera Wallace of Evergreen Alabama. I am the daughter of a Sharecropper, Lumber Jack and Pipe fitter, and granddaughter of a slave, Wilson Wallace. I attended Little Zion Country School at the age of six. I started my first year of school in the second grade. My family later migrated to Omaha Nebraska. After I turned sixteen, I returned to my home state where I married Abraham Lincoln Salter Sr. We separated when I was 21 years old and divorced at 29. I attended O. I. After my move to Pomona California, I was able to graduate and acquire my LVN license in 1979. I also attended business College at Mt. SAC in Walnut California. At the age of 63, I studied to become a Nursing Assistant at NIT(Wyotech) in Long Beach. Out of frustration and disappointment of looking for a job that seemed to elude me, I started writing poetry again. I'm a mother of four, grandmother of five and great grandmother of ten. I'm a member of Way of Faith Ministry in the Springdale Community. Pastor Dannie Brayboy is overseer. Elder Calvin Card is Pastor. Associate Ministers are Pastor Mary Card and Dr. Ernest Campbell.
