La Promotion de la Santé est aujourd'hui concernée par la nécessité de se baser sur des données probantes, avec l'apparition de l'Evidence-Based Health Promotion. Cette nouvelle approche n'est pas sans poser problème, dans la génération des preuves elles-mêmes mais aussi dans la nécessaire communication entre chercheurs et acteurs de terrain pour la mise en place d'actions basées sur des données probantes. De cette difficulté est née le courtage en connaissance, l'idée d'un intermédiaire facilitant l'interaction et la collaboration entre ces deux expertises.Notre étude avait pour objectif de stabiliser les concepts sous-jacents au terme de courtage en connaissances à travers l'étude des différentes définitions retrouvées pour ce terme. Notre second objectif était de lister, à travers les différentes expériences retrouvées dans la littérature, les éléments favorisant ou limitant sa mise en place ainsi que ses résultats. Nous avons effectué une revue systématique de la littérature scientifique et l'avons complétée par une exploration de la littérature grise. Différentes définitions ont été retrouvées, permettant de dégager des concepts communs, comme le partenariat et l'apport mutuel de connaissances, dans une visée d'amélioration des pratiques. Les données étudiées ont également permis de dégager des points clés favorisant le processus de courtage, tels les qualités du courtier ou l'inscription de cet intermédiaire dans un cadre institutionnel. L'étude de la littérature grise a retrouvé de nombreuses références supplémentaires, montrant que le courtage en connaissances, s'il fait l'objet d'un grand intérêt et de nombreux travaux, reste un sujet assez peu exploré dans la littérature scientifique. L'ensemble de ces résultats nous permet d'envisager une définition du courtage mais aussi d'engager une réflexion sur les prérequis nécessaires et les modalités possibles de sa mise en pratique dans le contexte français.

Water is vital for life, and its availability has been a concern for mankind throughout the ages. Over the 20th century, Morocco has become one of the world’s major emigration countries. But since 2000, growing immigration and settlement of migrants from sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, and Europe confronts Morocco with an entirely new set of social, cultural, political and legal issues. This book explores how continued emigration and increasing immigration is transforming contemporary Moroccan society, with a particular emphasis on the way the Moroccan state is dealing with shifting migratory realities.
