Dans cette optique, différentes missions peuvent désormais être réalisées par les pharmaciens : entretiens pharmaceutiques, possibilité de devenir correspondant ou encore référent en EHPAD. Elles aspirent à faire du professionnel officinal un acteur majeur en termes de santé publique. Afin de découvrir leur adaptation sur le plan pratique, un questionnaire a été transmis aux officines de Champagne-Ardenne. Certaines de ces missions ont été amplement pratiquées mais d'autres restent encore à développer.
