El presente volumen recoge, actualizadas, una parte importante de las comunicaciones presentadas en el II y III Encuentro de jóvenes investigadores en derecho de inmigración y asilo celebrados en Barcelona y Girona, respectivamente. In the current European dilemma as to whether to increase diversity policies or move towards an assimilationist policy, it is difficult to know what the Spanish approach is. This book studies the normative intersection between integration, immigration and nationality in the European Union (EU).
