Le thème traité par cet ouvrage porte sur la communication interpersonnelle sous ses différentes formes d’expressions (orales, écrites, gestuelles, symboliques, mimiques) dans des dispositifs de formation et de professionnalisation. Ce thème, très peu traité jusque là, est abordé par la spécificité même de ce type de communication, ses effets, ses usages et ses enjeux. Comment les formateurs s’adressent-ils aux personnes en formation ? Quelles réponses ces personnes apportent-elles à ces sollicitations souvent implicites et pourtant au coeur même du processus de formation et de construction de l’altérité ? Cet ouvrage est le fruit d’un ensemble de recherches menées sur ce thème par un groupe de chercheurs du Centre de recherche sur la formation du Conservatoire national des arts et métiers. Son appartenance à un seul laboratoire permet d’en voir l’unité en termes d’approche épistémologique et méthodologique. Seuls les champs professionnels (santé, ingénierie, entreprise, travail social,...) et les formes de formation sont diversifiés, allant de l’accompagnement, du tutorat, au jeu des émotions dans une formation en alternance ou de la présence du formateur selon des supports également divers. Par son style clair et sobre, cet ouvrage est accessible à toutes les personnes intéressées par la communication dans la formation. Ce livre se compose de quatre parties : la première définit le périmètre de la communication en général et de la communication interpersonnelle en particulier en l’insérant dans des dispositifs de formation professionnelle ; la seconde partie choisit délibérément d’aborder la communication interpersonnelle sous des canaux de communication peu étudiés comme la communication des émotions, ou le rôle des gestes ou encore la construction identitaire à travers des productions textuelles ; la troisième partie aborde les pratiques langagières, notamment la parole et, enfin, la quatrième et dernière partie s’attarde sur des phénomènes plus contemporains et sans doute appelés à se développer dans les années à venir, à savoir : l’usage de l’ordinateur, l’aspect formatif des pratiques professionnelles voire d’une communauté scientifique et technique comme organisation apprenante. Ce livre se termine par une discussion qui reprend la problématique commune de ce groupe de chercheurs, celle de permettre de comprendre ce que signifie la communication interpersonnelle lorsqu’elle est employée dans des dispositifs à des fins de formation et de professionnalisation.

An interdisciplinary and comprehensive treatment of bodily self-consciousness, considering representation of the body, the sense of bodily ownership, and representation of the self. The body may be the object we know the best. It is the only object from which we constantly receive a flow of information through sight and touch; and it is the only object we can experience from the inside, through our proprioceptive, vestibular, and visceral senses. Yet there have been very few books that have attempted to consolidate our understanding of the body as it figures in our experience and self-awareness. The 2018 FAO-OIE-WHO (Tripartite) zoonoses guide, “Taking A Multisectoral, One Health Approach: A Tripartite Guide to Addressing Zoonotic Diseases in Countries” (2018 TZG) is being jointly developed to provide member countries with practical guidance on OH approaches to build national mechanisms for multisectoral coordination, communication, and collaboration to address zoonotic disease threats at the animal-human-environment interface. The 2018 TZG updates and expands on the guidance in the one previous jointly-developed, zoonoses-specific guidance document: the 2008 Tripartite “Zoonotic Diseases: A Guide to Establishing Collaboration between Animal and Human Health Sectors at the Country Level”, developed in WHO South-East Asia Region and Western Pacific Region. The 2018 TZG supports building by countries of the resilience and capacity to address emerging and endemic zoonotic diseases such as avian influenza, rabies, Ebola, and Rift Valley fever, as well as food-borne diseases and antimicrobial resistance, and to minimize their impacts on health, livelihoods, and economies. It additionally supports country efforts to implement WHO International Health Regulations (2005) and OIE international standards, to address gaps identified through external and internal health system evaluations, and to achieve targets of the Sustainable Development Goals. The 2018 TZG provides relevant country ministries and agencies with lessons learned and good practices identified from country-level experiences in taking OH approaches for preparedness, prevention, detection and response to zoonotic disease threats, and provides guidance on multisectoral communication, coordination, and collaboration.
