Noah And The Great Flood
Author: Jerry Blount
Publisher: Gatekeeper Press
ISBN: 1619846667
Category : Religion
Languages : en
Pages : 275
Book Description
The apostle Peter warned us that in the last days before the end times, there would be a new philosophy that would deny that there ever was a worldwide flood. They would deny that God created the world, the existence of God, and the coming end time judgment by fire. Today we see this taking place exactly as Peter had predicted. This book provides proof of a Biblical worldwide flood and backs it up with geological data. The information in this book offers evidence of creation by an omnipotent God and a global flood as God’s judgment of a sinful world. It provides evidence as to what the earth was like before the flood. It was a world, which after creation God had declared very good. Even after the fall of man, it was still paradise compared with the world we know today. The effects of catastrophic worldwide flood changed this planet drastically. This book also offers extensive proof that disproves the theory of evolution. New scientific discoveries are showing that evolution is impossible. Also contained in this book is considerable scientific evidence, showing that the earth is only a few thousand years old. This book may go against much of the popular scientific views of today, but it does so with the evidence to back it. The Bible gave us the history as well as the future of this world. The scientific and geological data that is available today fits well within that Biblical framework. In fact, it fits within the Biblical framework much better than any theories the evolutionary community has come up with, as this book will show.

Probability and Opinion

Book Description
Modern physics has accustomed us to consider events which cannot give rise to certainty in our knowledge. A scientific knowledge of such events is nevertheless possible. The method which has enabled us to obtain a stable and exact knowledge about uncertain events consists in a kind of changing of plane and in the replacing of the study of indi vidual phenomena by the study of statistical aggregates to which those phenomena can give rise. A statistical aggregate is not a collection of real phenomena, among which some would happen more often, others more rarely. It is a set of possibilities relative to a certain object or to a certain type of phenomenon. For example, we could consider the differ ent ways in which a die, thrown in given conditions, can fall: they are the possible results of a certain trial, the casting of the die (in the fore seen conditions). The set of those results constitutes effectively a set of possibilities, relative to a phenomenon of a certain type, the fall of the die in specified circumstances. Similarly, it is possible to consider the different velocities which can affect a molecule in a volume of gas; the set of those velocities constitutes effectively a set of possible values which a physical property, namely the velocity of a molecule, can have.

ISBN: 1614581886
Category : Religion
Languages : en
Pages : 305
Book Description
The story of the origin of all things: Does the scientific evidence support special creation or atheistic evolution? Authoritative and thoroughly documented, Scientific Creationism is easily understood by readers with non-scientific backgrounds. Teachers, students, pastors, and other witnessing Christians can now be equipped with the convincing evidence for special creation. Updated and expanded, Scientific Creationism is a book that has changed the lives of people for Christ - people who have been blinded by the current origin-myth, evolution. "All ministers of the gospel, teachers and professors of our Christian schools on the primary and secondary level, should read this book. A copy should be placed in every church and school library, and used as a textbook in our Christian high schools and colleges." -Rev. C. Van Schouwen
