Face à la globalisation, les concepts de développement local et de gouvernance territoriale font désormais partie des paradigmes prioritaires du développement. Comment développer une relation de causalité positive entre une mondialisation qui suppose une gouvernance globale et un développement locale qui appelle une gouvernance territoriale ? Comment articuler l'approche de développement local conçue comme une démarche qui se veut collective et endogène, inclusive et participative, axée sur la construction d'un territoire restreint, avec la contribution de ce territoire au mouvement général du développement ? Global climate change creates new challenges in particular for cities and regions. As centres of human activity they are especially vulnerable to climate change impacts. This Open Access book presents feedback from the ‘Territorial Agroecological Transition in Action’- TATA-BOX research project, which was devoted to these specific issues.
