One day, returning to his apartment in the projects from college classes, B-Down offers his help to a young girl who he believes has wandered into the wrong neighborhood. He rescues her from what he thinks is a life of prostitution. This is one of those wrong times in the wrong place, and he is arrested. A ghetto is defined as "a section of a city occupied by a minority group who live there especially because of social, economic or legal pressure."
