EEOC has developed & submitted a workforce analysis to OMB, contracted with the Nat. Acad. of Public Admin. (NAPA) for a study of its oper., & taken action to implement some of the study's recommend. But, EEOC needs to more systematically evaluate each of the NAPA recommend.
