L'innovation est un processus de création de valeur. Toutes les organisations recherchent à améliorer leurs performances opérationnelles, fmancières, sociales ou sociétales. Dans un environnement dont le rythme des changements s'accélère, l'entreprise doit s'adapter pour rester en vie. Il s'agit donc de répondre à la question: «Comment faire pour créer de la valeur par le développement de l'innovation? ». L'objectif de notre travail de mémoire est de proposer un design d'intervention pour accompagner l'entreprise dans la conduite du changement vers l'innovation. La méthodologie se fonde sur une démarche de type recherche-action, étude clinique et recherche-intervention. Nous présentons une étude de cas sur deux entreprises qui ont mis en place un Système de Management des Idées (SMI). Nous développons un design d'intervention pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise mais également du territoire et des politiques publiques en matière d'innovation. Il permet de mettre en œuvre une stratégie qui incite l'ensemble des parties prenantes à innover.

In a changing world everyone designs: each individual person and each collective subject, from enterprises to institutions, from communities to cities and regions, must define and enhance a life project.
