Book Description
We report on a measurement of the fraction of events with a W or Z boson produced diffractively in {bar p}p collisions at √s = 1.96 TeV, using data from 0.6 fb−1 of integrated luminosity collected with the CDF II detector equipped with a Roman-pot spectrometer that detects the {bar p} from {bar p} + p → {bar p}+[X+W/Z]. We find that (0.97 ± 0.11)% of Ws and (0.85 ± 0.22)% of Zs are produced diffractively in a region of (anti)proton fractional momentum loss [zeta] of 0.03

Book Description
We report preliminary single-diffractive W/Z and final exclusive dijet production results for {bar p}p collisions at (square root)s = 1.96 TeV extracted from data collected by the CDF II detector at the Fermilab Tevatron. The results are compared with previous measurements, and the obtained exclusive dijet cross sections are used to constrain/calibrate theoretical models for exclusive Higgs boson production rates at the Large Hadron Collider.

Book Description
These proceedings contain descriptions of the latest experiments and results in a variety of hot topics, such as the growth of total cross sections, the ratio of real to imaginary parts of forward scattering amplitudes, etc. Current theories of particle interaction based on QCD were presented and confronted by the latest experimental results from FNAL, CERN, HERA and elsewhere. The theoretical situation seems less clear, or at least more open to argument and criticism, leveled by the different groups responsible and present at the workshop.

Book Description
Recent measurements of processes involving the electroweak bosons, Z and W, performed at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider are summarized. The large integrated luminosities collected by both the D0 and CDF Collaborations enable precise measurements of differential single boson production cross sections, the determination of the W mass with unprecedented precision, and the observation of diboson production including ZZ.
