On the contrary, only prominent localities, with their approximate points of beauty or interest, are here outlined, leaving a wide field untouched; as when we reflect that this great table-land, literally furrowed by mountains, is two hundred and fifty miles in length, with an average width of fifty miles, it will be understood at a glance that much more space would be needed to comprehend all.
