Book Description
Abstract: A study of local reaction - political, neighborhood, and civic, to growth management regulations and comprehensive local planning in Florida. The rapid growth in urban places created steep political and civic divisions for and against development. State mandates in land use planning attempted to mitigate disputes through policy without great effect.
