The City of Sebastopol General Plan (General Plan) identifies the community’s vision for the future and provides a framework that will guide decisions on growth, development, and conservation of open space and resources in a manner that is consistent with the quality of life desired by the city's residents and businesses. The General Plan supersedes and replaces the 1994 General Plan.
