Results are presented on the analysis of charm D Production from 300 pb−1 of data taken with the HRS Detector at PEP. The electroweak asymmetry is -8.4 +- 3.6% and R (D + D*) = 1.57 +- 0.17. Fragmentation functions for D°, D, D* production and the results of a search for the D** are given. 10 refs., 9 figs.
