Contexte : malgré une évolution de la loi concernant la consultation CCP (première Consultation de santé sexuelle, de Contraception et de Prévention des maladies sexuellement transmissibles) et son extension aux garçons, aborder la santé sexuelle reste difficile dans les cabinets de médecine générale. Objectif : l'objectif de cette étude était d'étudier en quoi la création et la mise à disposition d'une boîte à outils permettant d'aborder la santé sexuelle pouvait être une aide pour le médecin généraliste dans le cadre de la consultation CCP. Méthode : après création puis diffusion de la box à 22 médecins pour une durée minimale de trois mois, des entretiens individuels semi-dirigés ont été réalisés auprès de chaque participant·e. Une analyse qualitative des données à été réalisée sur le modèle de l'approche phénoménologique. Résultats : la box apporte une aide aux médecins. D'une part, elle permet d'identifier le médecin généraliste comme interlocuteur et d'engager la discussion sur le sujet. D'autre part, elle permet d'améliorer la qualité et la compréhension des informations à partir d'outils qui concrétisent et dédramatisent la contraception et la sexualité. Conclusion : il semble être dans l'intérêt des généralistes de disposer de cette box et d'élargir son utilisation à une patientèle plus large.
