Si les formations en alternance se sont fortement développées au cours des dix dernières années, ces questions ont été encore rarement abordées. Pour mieux cerner les effets de l'intégration progressive dans le monde du travail, cet ouvrage dresse un panorama des modèles théoriques et des recherches sur l'alternance, l'identité et la transition école-travail effectués dans une perspective essentiellement psychosociologique mais également sociologique.
