Con esta propuesta de innovacion en el campo estadistico, comparto estas páginas de múltiples travesías por el desarrollo, que ven surgir naturalmente su creciente rol como instrumento de navegación para las políticas ante este cambio de época; a su vez especialmente marcado por el compromiso mundial con la Agenda Global para el Desarrollo Sostenible, suscrita por 193 Estados Miembros de las Naciones Unidas.Este examen de crítica constructiva se enfoca en superar la autocomplacencia y las tentaciones ideológicas extremas de cualquier signo. Recognition of this is reflected by the World Health Organization (WHO) Recommended Classification of Pesticides by Hazard, which was first published in 1975. The document classifies pesticides in one of five hazard classes according to their acute toxicity. In 2002, the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) was introduced, which in addition to acute toxicity also provides classification of chemicals according to their chronic health hazards and environmental hazards.
