No effort has been made to emphasize defects, nor to eulogize strong points in the school system. A fair and impartial report was in the mind of the visitor at all times. Copies of text books, pamphlets, rules and regulations, syllabi, etc., may be inspected at the office of the Superintendent of Schools. That the Board of Education may see some results among us, from a critical study of this report, is the hope of all interested in educational progress.
