Thus originated a new Nation's new flag, different from all others in glorious beauty and construction. It has a grand historical existence of a little over a cen tury. It has done wonders in the enlightenment of a people's liberty. It isa flag that means more than all others. The blue field is the accepted color of fidelity and liberty, and placed in that part of the flag that is significant of the chosen emblem of a Nation.
