INTRODUCTION : Mon travail de recherche a pour objectif de recueillir les attentes des médecins généralistes (MG) et des médecins urgentistes (MU) concernant l'information médicale lorsqu'un patient est admis aux urgences et de constituer une fiche de liaison type. METHODES : Une étude qualitative a été menée avec la méthode du groupe nominal. L’échantillon des MG comprenait 10 MG libéraux du Var, répartis en deux groupes. L'échantillon des MU comprenait 10 MU du Var, répartis en 2 groupes. Une liste d'idées hiérarchisées représentative de l'opinion de chaque groupe a été obtenue. Une analyse inductive du contenu thématique a été réalisée par une analyse verticale, puis une analyse transversale en faisant une comparaison des contenus produits par chaque groupe. RESULTATS-DISCUSSION : Cette analyse a permis de dégager 4 et 6 catégories thématiques pour les groupes de MG et de MU. Les MG souhaitent que le courrier de sortie des urgences soit considéré comme un compte rendu d'hospitalisation à part entière. Ils espèrent pouvoir joindre les MU, en particulier le LU en charge du patient. Ils sont un souci de délai de réception du courrier de sortie ainsi que du temps passé aux urgences par le patient. Les MU souhaitent connaître les informations médico-sociales de leur patient et pouvoir joindre l'entourage et les professionnels de santé. Ils sont conscients d'une transmission d'information n'est possible que si celle-ci est lisible. CONCLUSION : Les médecins traitant et les urgentistes sont bien conscients de la nécessité de collaborer pour se transmettre l'information médicale et chacun œuvre dans l'intérêt du patient

The 2018 FAO-OIE-WHO (Tripartite) zoonoses guide, “Taking A Multisectoral, One Health Approach: A Tripartite Guide to Addressing Zoonotic Diseases in Countries” (2018 TZG) is being jointly developed to provide member countries with practical guidance on OH approaches to build national mechanisms for multisectoral coordination, communication, and collaboration to address zoonotic disease threats at the animal-human-environment interface. The 2018 TZG updates and expands on the guidance in the one previous jointly-developed, zoonoses-specific guidance document: the 2008 Tripartite “Zoonotic Diseases: A Guide to Establishing Collaboration between Animal and Human Health Sectors at the Country Level”, developed in WHO South-East Asia Region and Western Pacific Region. The 2018 TZG supports building by countries of the resilience and capacity to address emerging and endemic zoonotic diseases such as avian influenza, rabies, Ebola, and Rift Valley fever, as well as food-borne diseases and antimicrobial resistance, and to minimize their impacts on health, livelihoods, and economies. It additionally supports country efforts to implement WHO International Health Regulations (2005) and OIE international standards, to address gaps identified through external and internal health system evaluations, and to achieve targets of the Sustainable Development Goals. The 2018 TZG provides relevant country ministries and agencies with lessons learned and good practices identified from country-level experiences in taking OH approaches for preparedness, prevention, detection and response to zoonotic disease threats, and provides guidance on multisectoral communication, coordination, and collaboration. It informs on regional and country-level OH activities and relevant unisectoral and multisectoral tools available for countries to use.

An estimated 69000 people die each year from opioid overdose. Opioid overdose is easily reversed with the opioid antidote naloxone and with basic life support. Such care is generally only available in medical settings, however. These guidelines recommend that people who are likely to witness an opioid overdose, including people who use opioids, and their family and friends should be given access to naloxone and training in its use so that they can respond to opioid overdose in an emergency if a medical response is not available. Naloxone can be injected or administered intra-nasally and has minimal effects in people who have not used opioids. While naloxone administered by bystanders is a potentially life-saving emergency interim response to opioid overdose, it should not be seen as a replacement for comprehensive medical care.
