Aonsiders legislation to make lighthouse service pension system comparable to civil service system. H.R. 13366, and S. 2047, to prohibit Coast Guard from applying inspection laws to cannery tender vessels transporting fish, material, and personnel to canneries in Alaska. H.R. 15714, identical H.R. 15950, similar H.R. 15580, and companion S. 3102, to delay the date by which the ship Delta Queen must comply with new safety regulations. H.R. 16127, to increase the maximum number of Coast Guard officers from 4,000 to 5,000.
