She died in 1889, and he married Anna (Witmer) Martin. Descendants and relatives lived in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, New York, Missouri, Colorado, Arizona and elsewhere. Includes ancestors to 1640 in Pennsylvania and Switzerland. They and many descendants were Mennonites.
