It begins with a state security officer named Samory River, who is tasked with the job as bodyguard for a powerful man named Affonso Raven. Orphaned since an infant, Samory doesn’t know anything about his past, including the names of his mother and father. Despite of not having a solid family foundation, Samory grows up to be a kind, dutiful, and respectful young man full of rectitude, and the qualities and traits that he exemplifies appear to be the reasoning for his hire. Affonso eventually reveals to Samory that it is his daughter, Amina, who he wants Samory to guard specifically. Samory ends up having to defend Amina from multiple attacks, and after a while, he realizes that the Ravens are not a normal family. Throughout the mission of protecting Amina’s life, Samory finds himself reuniting with childhood friends and even making some new ones to assist him in this ordeal. Everything starts off shrouded in mystery and confusion, but the journey begins to reveal something supernatural. In spite of this, Samory and his friends continues to push forward because they are determined to get to the truth of this quandary they’ve found themselves to be in.
