Tale evidenza viene confermata tramite l’utilizzo di un esperimento naturale che considera uno shock esogeno alla cultura aziendale, proveniente dall’approvazione di diverse leggi sul congedo parentale negli Stati Uniti. I nostri risultati suggeriscono che le aziende orientate all'esterno sottovalutano la possibilità di scontri culturali dopo una fusione e hanno maggiori probabilità di concludere accordi che distruggono valore.
