And here the faints are commanded to rejoice, to fhout, and to be glad with all their hearts, becaufe of the prefence. Of this their King among them, Zeph. Iii. 14, 15. It is true indeed he 13 King over all the world, the immediate execution of all God's common, as well as fpecial providence, is put into the hand of this King, the Lord Jefes. But as for his enemies, and other creatures, he reigns over them as a King of power but he reigns not for them alfo as a King of grace and love, for thus he reigns among his peo pie in his church, Dent.
