This design was the first of its kind and created a neighborhood. This design allowed a homeowner to drive into a neighborhood from the north or south entrance of a street. . Most of the chapters were composed, in my home office, on a Dell desktop computer located in California. Distractions from this book included junk mail, political mail, power naps, letters, and telephone calls of comfort for my son who passed away while writing this book, Mollie B's Polka Party and Huell Howser reruns, coffee breaks and pie.
