He has been with this organization ever since, through its change of style to Baldwin Brothers and Taylor, Inc., which took place in 1935. He has been president since 1940. The agency has its headquarters at NO Brooke Avenue, Norfolk. In November 1937, Mr. Baldwin was elected a member of the House of Delegates of the Virginia General Assembly, took his seat in 1938, and serv ed tive terms through 1947. He was elected a member of the Senate in the General Assembly of Virginia in November 1947, and has served continuously in the Senate since that time. His present term expires December 31, 1959.
