This book was born from my frustration. When I was considering dentures, I wanted to know everything I could about the process. I hate feeling out of control. Knowledge is power, as they say, and I wanted to know it all. What I found online didn't answer all of my questions. The first book is "Chopper Optional - recipes for the recently toothless." It is filled with easy meals that are both delicious and nutritious.
