Based on the assumption that moving out of education and into new careers requires the use of specific concepts, methods, and skills, the problems of educational careers and basic concepts of career management are analyzed, and proven methods for finding new jobs are outlined. The approach is adapted from the Ferrini and Parker career development model, which is a four-step process involving career assessment, exploration, skill development, and implementation.
