Now This Indenture Witnesseth That the said Benjamin F. Bancroft, the Referee aforesaid and party of the first part of these presents, in order to carry into effect the sale so made by him in pursuance of the Jndgment enrolled as aforesaid and in consideration of the premises and the said sum of three hundred and twenty thousand dollars so bidden as aforesaid having been first duly paid by said Hart, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained and sold, granted and conveyed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said William T.
