Has the time come when a student governing body might be of use in the making and enforcing of rules pertaining to life in the Belmont High School? This body should consist of the leaders in the various branches of activities, so that our faculty may be given an idea as to the trend Of undergraduate Opinion and conduct. Ye feel that rules would be obeyed with a more understanding spirit if the student body had some recognized avenue through which to make suggestions.
