Book Description

In the use of the term it is, moreover, indirectly involved that the individual agents in whom -God thus severally spake, received but a partial - we might almost say fragmentary - revelation of His will. iii. 10, which displays itself, this father says, "for our advantage 'in many parts and in many modes, ' in art, in knowledge, in faith, in prophecy."
