Rooms were set up for the ladies of the Auxiliary to sew pajamas, towels, sheets, and nightshirts needed by the soldiers. Later a Soldiers' Rest was established at the corner of Walnut Street and Court Alley in Harrisburg to provide a place for the soldiers at Camp Meade to spend time, play music, and have a free lunch. The report is illustrated with 5 photographs of the buildings and the soldiers writing, eating, and relaxing in the rooms; includes the Treasurer's report for the Woman's War Relief Auxiliary.
