Tho Big Tree House, so called from an enormous oak which stands before tho door, is a capital hostelry and entertains many visitors. From here we continue in a northerly direction for a distance of seven miles, to BOULDER CREEK. Tho road leads us by several sa.w mills, not, at present, working. Ono of these, having a tannery connected, is owned by Mr. Peery, who intends beginning operations, actively, in the Spring. Increasing numbers of Canadians are beginning to recognize how settler colonialism continues to shape relationships on these lands. With this recognition comes the question many settler Canadians are now asking, what can I do? Living in Indigenous Sovereignty lifts up the wisdom of Indigenous scholars, activists and knowledge keepers who speak pointedly to what they are asking of non-Indigenous people. The sociological study of economic activity has witnessed a significant resurgence. Recent texts have chronicled economic sociology's nineteenth-century origins while pointing to the importance of context and power in economic life, yet the field lacks a clear understanding of the role that concepts at different levels of abstraction play in its organization.
