YOUR SICK BOWEL - Your body's source of illness and disease: THE UNDERESTIMATED DESTROYER

Pages : 233

Book Description
Many people are suffering from physical constraints like skin diseases, diabetes, dementia, allergies, obesity, fungus infections, migraine, or psychological constraints like anxiety, stress, eating disorders or mood swings up to depression. They do not know that the cause lives inside of the bowel, because The bowel and its bacteria decide about our mental and physical condition! Around the bowel, there is a great accumulation of nerve cells that can influence and manipulate all our feelings. This also means that our bowel can cause brain diseases like depression, but also fight it or even heal it. What we eat – which foods we ingest, influences our gut bacteria. Our food has a say in how we feel, how much lust we feel, how much you like the smell of a person. Enteric flora also decides about inferiority complexes, negative thoughts, bad moods, avolition and aggression. Many healing traditions in Africa value the bowel highly in relation to our mental wellbeing. As it is taught in African medicine, gut bacteria can manipulate our entire neural system and therefore also our brain with targeted information, be it good or bad information. They take control over our behavior, our thinking, our personality, our feelings of love, and our actions. And depending on information that the brain receives from them, we feel good, happy, strong and brave or downcast, tired, negative, aggressive and have a bad mood. This also means that you can decide how you feel with an according diet that supports these gut bacteria. We can cultivate our gut bacteria so that they do something good for us. In this book, you will learn about: • How the bowel is connected to our diseases • Why and how does the bowel become sick in the first place? • What destroys enteric flora and limits the functionality of the good and important gut bacteria? • What supports the spread of bad and sickening bacteria? • Which diseases are supported or caused by a disturbed bowel? • Which signs indicate a sick bowel • How a sick bowel influences your mood and makes you tired, depressed and unhappy • Why you cannot lose weight with a disturbed enteric flora • What cigarettes, the vaginal flora of your mother, stress and bread for dinner have to do with a sick bowel • And much more You will find a lot of African-inspired information and gain excellent insight into the functions of the bowel, all of which you would not even have dreamed about being possible, but that are confirmed by science.

Visceral Perception

Visceral Perception PDF Author: Gyorgy Ádám
Publisher: Springer Science & Business Media
ISBN: 1475729030
Category : Medical
Languages : en
Pages : 258

Book Description
Author Gyorgy Adam maintains there is a type of sensory system active within the internal organs that appears to be, in some measure, independent of the traditional senses. Variously termed viscerosensory perception, internal perception, or internal cognition, this system operates largely outside of consciousness. Adam employs the extensive data he has gathered over many years to demonstrate how "hidden" internal signals originating in the alimentary tract, the cardiovascular system, and the kidneys may influence emotional states. Visceral Perception is the only comprehensive treatment of this elusive subject.

Gut Instinct

Gut Instinct PDF Author: Pierre Pallardy
Publisher: Rodale Books
ISBN: 1623362644
Category : Health & Fitness
Languages : en
Pages : 226

Book Description
A noted French health practitioner who has treated famous patients from Pablo Picasso to Mick Jagger offers this cutting-edge book—already a bestseller in France—on how to stay healthy by keeping one's stomach health in top shape There is a growing trend in science to think of the stomach as a "second brain" that can impact the health of the entire body. Pierre Pallardy, a well-respected French nutritionist/osteopath has, over the course of 35 years, developed simple, effective methods for preventing illness by creating harmony between the body's two "brains." Now for the first time he shares with the general public his method for improving the healthy functioning of the stomach and, consequently, the health of the entire body. The book provides a 7-step method for improving stomach health that employs breathing techniques, diet, exercise, massage, and meditation. It also explains how Pallardy's methods can combat a host of afflictions, including allergies, anxiety, asthma, back pain, cancer, colitis, constipation, fatigue, headaches, insomnia, sexual problems, and more.

Dyspepsia and Ibs for the Wise

Dyspepsia and Ibs for the Wise PDF Author: Larry Tremblay
Publisher: Trafford Publishing
ISBN: 1426989636
Category : Health & Fitness
Languages : en
Pages : 257

Book Description
Some will tell you that there is no cure for Functional digestive disorders (FDDs), like dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) Without being completely cured, with the help of regular internal exercises I developed, I live my life as if I was, because at the earliest sign of pain or symptoms I do the exercises to help eliminate them. I hope my experience will enable as many of you as possible to get some relief from FDDs with or without medication. The Personal Approach section describes in simple terms the symptoms I experienced, as well as some of the hypotheses developed to understand and in order to relieve FDDs. I then explain in detail the exercises for gas evacuation and for the release of nervous tension, and consequently, of pain. As this is a little known approach, as far as I know, I explain in detail the exercises and the various levels of improvement one can expect. The Literature Review section is divided into six parts: the Rome Diagnostic Criteria, the description and treatments recommended for the most common ailments (flatulence, reflux, constipation, diarrhea, migraine, etc.); a few known causes of abdominal pain (food, allergies, diseases, etc.); some recent hypotheses (central nervous system, traumas, psychosomatic causes, depression); exercise suggestions from some authors; and, recommended means of alleviating some of the symptoms (homeopathy, herbal medicine, diet, food supplements). In my experience, whatever the approach used to treat FDDs, the results will be improved if the gas release and relaxation techniques are used in combination with it. I am convinced that FDD-related symptoms can often be treated effectively through continuing efforts, a generous and caring attitude towards oneself, better self-knowledge and good judgment (hence the title Dyspepsia and IBS for the Wise). Mr Samson of Baie-Comeau, Canada, wrote : To date, your technique is the most effective in bringing me some relief. In my view, this book is the most complete to learn how to treat oneself naturally for symptoms related to FDDs. In my case, one hour of internal exercises a day allows my to live a pain free life even with FDDs. My book is meant o show you how.
