Le cancer est la maladie la plus mortelle en France depuis les années 2000, ce qui en fait un problème majeur de santé publique. La prise en charge du patient est en pleine évolution avec l'arrivée des thérapies orales. Le parcours thérapeutique devient ambulatoire avec de nouveaux acteurs impliqués comme le pharmacien d'officine. Cette prise en charge pluridisciplinaire nécessite une coordination importante afin de sécuriser la dispensation de molécules rares en ville, avec des toxicités importantes. Pour se faire, la région Franche-Comté a mis à disposition des pharmaciens d'officine et des oncologues un système d'information innovant : BPC officine. Cet outil permet une dématérialisation des prescriptions hospitalières et offre des systèmes d'alerte de chimiovigilance entre professionnels. L'objectif de ce travail est de dresser un premier bilan du projet BPC officine, après un an d'utilisation. Ainsi, 29% des officines de la région adhèrent au projet et 170 ordonnances ont été envoyées via l'outil. Ces résultats positifs attestent du bon fonctionnement du projet et de l'appropriation progressive par les utilisateurs. Les indicateurs obtenus permettent de dégager des pistes d'amélioration du système afin de consolider le projet. La e-santé et les systèmes d'information prennent aujourd'hui toute leur place pour soutenir l'implication du pharmacien d'officine dans le suivi ambulatoire du patient atteint de cancer.

In so doing, an individual increases his or her ability to communicate despite misunderstandings or even rejection from important others. The effort involved in creating your Mindful Compass enables us to perceive the relationship system without experiencing it's threats. The four points on the Mindful Compass are: 1) Action for Self, 2) Resistance to Forward Progress, 3) Knowledge of Social Systems and the 4) The Ability to Stand Alone. Each gives us a view of the process one enters when making an effort to define a self and build an emotional backbone. It is not easy to find our way through the social jungle. The ability to know emotional systems well enough to take a position for self and to become more differentiated is part of the natural way humans cope with pressure. Now people can use available knowledge to build an emotional backbone, by thoughtfully altering their part in the relationship system. No one knows how far one can go by making an effort to be more of a self-defined individual in relationships to others. Through increasing emotional maturity, we can find greater individual freedom at the same time that we increase our ability to cooperate and to be close to others.
